I recently had a dinner party with 9 people and I doubled the recipe and had some left over (which I was happy to eat later on) but I also made several other things so not everyone had a full plate of noodles. Another night I made it for 6 people and did not double it and it was gone afterwards. I would recommend you double the recipe just to make sure, as I know everyone is going to love this one!]]></description>
